Some time ago, we found ourselves in the middle of an intriguing conversation with a couple of first-time founders. How could the suitability of an individual as a startup founder be measured? Its an old and worn subject, but everybody likes to speculate about what the profile of an ideal startup founder would be like. To write the questions of this Founders Test, we went back on a few of Paul Graham essays, and compiled all his thoughts on the subject.

Of course, we have no academic expertise in psychology, behaviorism, or any discipline that could make this test even a little bit scientifically accurate. However, if you are disappointed anyways at your score, take it as your first "startup moment": its never too soon to start learning how to face bad odds.
